Today I attended the funeral of my best friend. We had known each other 47 years and shared many of life’s ups and downs. Cortical Basel Syndrome is a wicked illness and to watch her deteriorate was very hard. Bob, Sues partner, was one in a million and he nursed her til the end. I know he will be suffering tremendously and my heart goes out to him. I loved this lady dearly and told her so frequently. I will miss her dreadfully. Love always, Jacky xx
